Im stuck in step 10 there. Not able to do a test net transaction there. What am i missing. Anybody can help. Im seeing payment scope is in x while debugging it.

I am a seller and the buyer is telling me to accept 21lakhs in cash. Im not a business man. A salaried person. I know accepting above 20k in cash is against rule. But all people do this as i asked some and most say this is what people do. Just giving fair value in bank and rest as cash only. I asked him to trnsact via bank. He is not doing it. He is telling me to put it in Cooperative bank so that nobody ask pan or income tax ask for source of money. This problem here is i cant use that money directly right. Im confused. Im not expencied here. Help.
