Now I’m 108lbs and I’ve neverrrrr been this weight in my adult life. Please keep in mind that I’m a 4’11 woman lol 108 is still technically a normal range for my height. My confidence is UP and I feel and look great. But now I feel like I’m losing too much weight too fast and I’m starting to have fewer bowel movements through the day/week. Started at the starting dose about 1.5 years ago and I stopped at 10mg on Sunday and will start my maintenance dose of 7.5mg then 5mg

But has anyone ever experienced gut issues while taking tirz? If you did, were you able to reverse your gut issues somehow? I lost weight and I feel better than I ever did, but I also don’t want my health declining.
