Hi,

I have some pretty bad saddle sores every time my ride is over 70km. I am a pretty aggressive position on a trek slr 9 and I have a Bontrager RSL 155mm saddle. I believe it’s the back of my tights that are rubbing and creating friction. Saddle height seems good it’s even a bit less than the 0.883 rule and everything feels also great on the bike. My sitbones were calculated by a machine in store and they were 130mm wide. Is the way to go it to go with a 140-145mm saddle width or a 155mm in a different shape? I have difficulty making a choice as saddles are pretty expensive.

Went interviewing for a small regional family business. First time since I am CPA interviewing in the private sector since I am currently in public. I am a new CPA. During the interview, the owner of the business said “Do you want salary paid in cash” or via the payroll right when negotiating the salary. The other employee at the interview said he his a CPA wtf are you thinking lol asking if he wants to get paid in cash. He also bashed on accounting firms that do the audit and on a major bank for not giving him good service and the audit team is not giving him good service/advice, etc. Same for another firm that does the taxes like if they won’t consider some expenses eligible but want me the CPA to challenge things up lol. At this point there was clearly way too many red flags for me to accept this role. Is this common in small family business and or construction small business or should I get away from those?
