I know I’m not alone here. Matador completely fumbled the Refraction Pro drop today. The link was live the night before, and sold out before early access members even had a shot. What’s the point of an early access program if it doesn’t actually work? Maybe it was just to spam us with your marketing emails.
If demand is that high, make more. It’s not complicated. Instead you’ve burned goodwill with the exact people who evangelize your brand. I signed up for your emails, jumped through the hoops, and got nothing but disappointment.
Do the right thing and make this available. You can still turn this around. Do better @Matador
