Last I checked a few weeks ago at the doctors office, I was down 72 lbs. But today I’m saying “who cares“ because I FEEL good! In fact, I haven’t felt this good in years. My husband and I are on vacation right now, and I’m confidently walking around in a bathing suit. I’ve got stamina. I feel stronger. I’ve been donating my clothes because a lot of them are too big. And I’m in a better place overall. I know I still have at least 50 lbs to go, but today I’m just enjoying “being”.
