When leaving our rental I asked should I remove the picture hooks from the walls, or just leave them for next tennant ?

The Rental Manager happily advised me to remove them a month before we left as the pressure of the roof would close the little holes in the walls where the picture hooks came from.

To this day I'm still in disbelief...I mean it's pretty funny they believed that...but seriously...🤦‍♂️
