We will be going to iceland at the end of July. We're doing a layover for four days on the way to Sweden, and on the way back two weeks later we're staying for another four days. We are traveling with my five-and-half- year-old and four-year-old daughters.

Any recommendations on what to do, what not to do, where to stay, and what to pack? I've been visiting some forums, and I know that in Iceland it's more like fall in the summer. The temperature is still low, so any advice is welcome.
