I rent with progress residential with a friend and brother. The friend is moving out in 2 weeks, and isnt paying rent to cover the rest of the lease, nor are they giving notice for breaking lease. Are we just screwed into paying his share of the rent for the house we rent? What if we report him or he reports himself for breaking lease?
