Fig Tree Update

Posted my tree last week, Organza bags are on the way. In the meantime, I noticed a couple issues and would appreciate advice;
1)Whats causing these white spots on the leaves on this one side?
2)Ants deployed their scouts, and not sure if the bags will protect against them.
The premature dried fig had no holes(one small one did) and those barnacle looking things on the branches are concerning, like some kind of leperous disease. Would any inputs or nutrients help imrove this tree's condition?

I moved onto this property (Riverside area) last spring, which yields many figs by early summer. I noticed many of the figs were falling prematurely or not developing at all, and the ones harvested were still green, but ripe, and this time around I notice white spots on most of the leaves.

The figs were also being eaten into by many ants it was impossible to keep them away. It's my first time caring for a tree so any tips on feeding time, nutrients, and or maintainin a tree this size would help!
