i want to lose like 15-30 lbs from ~135 lbs at 5’8 but i feel incapable of restricting enough to actually lose the weight. i work a pretty physical job part-time while in school and i get really hungry if i don’t eat enough before my shifts. and then i feel starving after work. i’m not sure how to restrict while avoiding the headaches and weakness. i’m thinking that maybe if i work 6 days per week once school is out, i can get rid of a lot of my fat.
