Some walls(200mm thick) from bottom(blue) and 2nd(black) floor don't line up, is this generally fine or not allowed? Would a 150mm steel reinforced concrete slab(serves as both cealing and floor) hold that? I have 0 experiance with architecture and have no idea who to even call or ask
