Guys how many hours do u spend on your phone each day?

Does anyone pick up their phone just out of habit & open & close the same apps over & over? Is this part of OCD?

Does anyone have a demanding career, but still find they spend lots of time on phone during the day?

Would any men here around 5’6 have any issues dating a woman 5’5?

Has anyone everyday tried to decrease screen time, but seem to never do? Also do u feel frustrated with yourself & shameful??

Has anyone had to stop this medication because of thinking about sex all the time or masturbating much more than usuall??

When everyone goes to watch anything on tv…, do u feel u can’t get into a show, movie or documentary because of picking up your tablet or smartphone constantly??
