I just got diagnosed with adhd in one setting. My Gp referred to me a psychiatrist in person, she didn’t want to do referral to the online clinics.

Anyway the doctor said I pretty much have typical adhd, only checked my blood pressure then prescribed me dexafetamine.

It’s so sad that after being medicated I feel so calm, my toddlers are not so overwhelming anymore. I’m actually enjoying my kids now. However, it makes me very sleepy if I’m not doing anything is this normal?
