I do not have any kids of my own and I stated I would never date a single mom seriously. This girl I'm talking to has a daughter who's 8, had her when she was 16. First off she told me she wouldn't date single dads because of baby momma drama (like what?) she told me her daughter father was not in the picture but it turns out he lives a few blocks away and the daughter goes to his mom house from time to time. She even has his last name. Anyway she moving things very fast and is very clingy. So clingy that the kid is starting to resent me. Claiming she spends more time with me than her. She tries to "force" her daughter to like me but I think it makes it worse. I like the girl but the kid ruins a lot of the time. Today I told her how I really felt about single moms and I think I hurt her feelings.
