as many here, I have recently been getting into the iPod modding game and would like to replace the battery on two Classics I own: A 5.5 and a 6.5, both being thin back models. Planning to pair these with iFlash uDual adaptors.
Unfortunately after extensive searching on AliExpress and Amazon I have not yet found suitable batteries (ideally 3000mah but 2000mah would be alright, too) from a seller with at least 4 star ratings and more than, say, 5 purchases logged. I don’t really feel comfortable ordering a random battery/fire hazard with bad reviews and/or basically no customer ratings… Of course I tried all the links in the Opista guide as my starting point but none led me to products that I could actually order from Germany.
Hence I thought reaching out to this knowledgeable community and its swarm intelligence might help: would anyone be able to provide me a link for a fitting battery that I can order from Germany for a reasonable price (ideally one that you have had a positive experience with yourself)? (On a side note, I also couldn’t find any engraved replacement backplates, only blank ones - have they stopped selling the engraved ones?)
