Want to do pelvic therapy but penetration makes the pain worse

this is so immensely frustrating. I’ve gotten pelvic therapy done before, and it did help a little, but after a year, when I tried to finger myself I noticed I was still tight. I want to get back into it but penetration hurts and causes increased irritation + fissures. breathing exercises don’t work because my pelvic floor therapist told me when I’m clenching and relaxing I’m not using my vagina, but my butt muscles. does anyone else have this proble?

Any suggestions for “Cozy” Post-apocalyptic stories?

I asked recently for some post-apocalyptic stories, and yall delivered! I’m excited to start reading them but I would also like some fluffy stuff too, if you get my drift.

What’s your favorite post-apocalyptic book?

The only genre I’m not really interested in is a zombie apocalypse, unless there’s something new or unique about it. books with any other kind of monster though, I’m down for. I just finished the Monsterous series by Lily Mayne and though I enjoyed it, I really wanted to know more about the worldbuilding. thank you!m

edit: forgot to mention this but I’d like to read some books with a found family vibe. Also any fantasy post-apocalypse im so down for!

Any recommendations for a series like Lily Mayne’s Monstrous series?

The world building intrigues me. Sadly I found it lacking though the relationships were good and I enjoyed the humor. any series with a similar world? in the series a portal has opened and monsters have come through, causing humans to flee to the coasts. a few people live in the now monster controlled no man’s land, and the military controls the country. It has a post-apocalyptic mixed with fantasy. unfortunately the authors is more focused on the relationships, which, I get but I want the lore damnit
