anyone else have a closet full of clothes but still feel like they have nothing to wear, how do you actually keep track of what you own

this is my problem for years and i can't find a solution. I have a decent wardrobe, not a huge one, but enough that I should be able to pull together good outfits without much fuss. the problem is I forget what I have. something gets shoved behind the rail and I just stop thinking about it. months later i find things with the tags still attached.

i've tried doing those capsule wardrobe challenges where you lay everything out and photograph it but i never maintain the system. i've tried notes apps, pinterest boards, even a spreadsheet once which lasted about a week.

what actually works for tracking your wardrobe digitally without it being a whole project? Are there any apps/systems that actually get people to stick to them long term?

I’ve Been Dieting And Hitting The Gym For 6 Months And The Scale Hasn’t Budged

Finally stopped looking at 'calories' and started looking at 'metabolic mapping.' It turns out my thyroid and insulin were totally fighting each other. I'm working with a group now that does a '5-system' review rather than just checking one hormone. It’s wild how much better I feel just two weeks into a protocol that actually addresses the root cause. Has anyone else found that their 'weight' issue was actually just a hormone/metabolic imbalance in disguise?

Has anyone successfully found suppliers on Made-in-China.com?

I’ve been talking to some small business owners lately, and the range of approaches is honestly wild. Some are 100% relying on Alibaba reviews and hoping for the best, and some have agents on the ground doing factory visits before they commit to anything.

The common theme is how difficult it is to know who you can really trust before you have already ordered. You may have thousands of suppliers on platforms like Made-in-China.com, but the volume doesn’t solve the trust problem; it makes it harder to filter.

What was your first order with a foreign supplier? What are some red flags you have seen in a supplier that seemed legit and then fell apart? Are you using agents, sourcing companies, or going direct?

Just real experiences; not looking for the perfect answer here. What worked, what didn’t work, and what you’d tell someone starting out.
