



Am I progressing enough ?
I’m 32 and for the first time of my life I managed to lock in and actually go to the gym. I’m 3,5 months in, and as a total newbie I don’t know if I’m progressing fast enough or if I should optimise my training/diet more. 1-2 pic is 93,7 kg 3-4 pic is now at 88.5kg. I’m 186cm
Any advice welcome
