Anyone else constantly check their heart rate when sitting and standing? I can't stop and its so annoying, for context I have a pretty low resting heart rate (41-48) and ever since I have had hypochondria from high heart rates, I feel the need to check it when its low aswell. I have palpations 24/7 and I feel as if im manually beating my heart.
