I switched cars on my insurance account. my account balance shows a significantly higher balance due than my declaration page shows. I have talked to agents multiple times and they keep dragging out the resolution saying that this is an “IT issue and the ticket has not been resolved yet.“
they confirmed my declaration page is the most current policy document. they confirmed that the balance due in my portal that is showing is incorrect. they have “raised the issue to management.” I also asked for an itemized explanation of the higher balance and they say “they do not have anymore info at this time until the ticket is resolved.”
the problem is that it has been a month of this back and forth with vague answers and now they are dodging my questions about the balance. anyone have any experience with this? any advice at all would be appreciated.
