Inactive Student/Anonymous A
I have a Spanish student who subscribed to me last February. He scheduled 4 classes per month but failed to attend 3 of them (he informed me before class time so it was okay) and the other 1 was canceled by him. After a month, he canceled his subscription and I said okay, that's life.
April 12 I received an email saying that he scheduled a new lesson, 4 lessons again. I was glad because he decided to continue learning again but he rescheduled the 1st class and when the class time started, he also didn't show up the 2nd time around. So, I reported him as absent. I still can see name when it's in the Preply calendar but when it's lesson time, it's labeled as Anonymous A and Inactive Student when it's in the chat box.
My concern is that I can't see their name in the 'My Students' so I can't report their absence. I'm also concerned about Preply not going to release the payment because we still have 3 classes scheduled.
Why would he even schedule a class then delete/deactivate his account... He gave me a responsibility I don't know how to take care of.
