I have held my Marriage and Family Therapy Associate license (LMFTA) since November of 2024 in the state of Indiana. I want to apply for my LMFT, but do I have to wait until 2 years to the date I was issued my associate license or does it just need to be in the year 2026. Not sure if it matters, but I already was due for renewal in April, which I completed. I know they have a strict 2 year policy, but not sure how specific this is. If anyone in Indiana could advise from their own experience.
