I don’t know who’s been through this, but if you have a hard time purchasing something from the shop, all you have to do is go on use chrome and turn off the pop-up. Safari was a pain in the ass and so was my laptop PC. Once I used chrome and remove the pop-up… it was easy Peezy. Before that was 15 tries to purchase. 🤣

I was about to try my first session. I was very careful about putting the 12 needle clicking into place and I was just going to do .25 depth although it doesn’t look like the needles go past the plastic housing pretty sure I haven’t done anything wrong. I definitely chose 12 needle correct depth and speed. Any solutions to get this to work?
