Fake Pokémon cards being sold at the phone shop in gosnells railway markets creative mobile technology beware!!

At first, the seller was incredibly friendly and convincing. She showed us apps to “prove” her pricing and reassured us that her cards were real, even claiming that other sellers nearby were selling the same thing for more. Based on that we trusted her and made a purchase.

However, after opening just one pack it was immediately clear the cards were fake. We went back to politely raise the issue but instead of helping her attitude completely changed. She became defensive and insisted the cards were real even trying to discredit other legitimate sellers in the same market that we had bought genuine cards from before.

When we asked for a refund the situation became uncomfortable. She demanded everything back including a small paper bag??? and her tone was rude and unprofessional compared to how she initially treated us.

To her credit, we did eventually receive a refund but the whole experience felt misleading and unpleasant. Just a heads up to others please be cautious when buying trading cards from market stalls and double-check authenticity before purchasing. We told them don’t sell these as kids would be heartbroken to go home with fake cards. They should’ve been upfront with it from the beginning! But they lied! My partner wanted to start getting to know Pokémon and he told her that and he trusted her because she made it seem legitimate but she took advantage over us.

Really disappointed by how quickly the situation turned.

Has anyone else had a bad experience with these people ?
