anyone else have uneven quad muscle? my dominant quad is smaller no weakness but definitely noticeable smaller

where and how long did your worst hot spot last.

So backstory been twit all over since September. clean EMG in December knees below. Now I am having for a few days straight isolated twitching in my quad on top. Twitching a lot there every min I would say. now I fear I see that quad is definitely not as defined or smaller then the other. would weakness have already set in? Why is it only twitching in the same spot like crazy. anyone else have this experience? thanks!
