In Leo’s recent video he says the 3:1 cheese to honey ratio is by weight saying for 15 grams of cheese you should have 5 grams of honey.

However, in Scott’s book and AV’s lectures he says 3:1 by volume which would work out as 1:1 by weight so for 15 grams of cheese you would have 15 grams of honey.

I’d appreciate someone clarifying which one it as it’s quite a difference.
