It’s 2026. 4 years ago, I was in the best shape of my life. In a year and a half, I went from 254 to 169. At 169lbs, I didn’t know how to feel or what I should’ve been looking for.

I know how to lose weight. I know all the tips and tricks. The body hacks, fasting, and everything along with it. With that being said, 4 years later, I am 213lbs.

A 44lb far cry from where I want to be right now. Soon, I’ll be starting a ultra laborious job in the city. I need to get in shape again. I need to be at 169lbs again.

Idk if something isn’t clicking for me, if I’m scared to embark on that journey again or what. Why is the weight I have to lose now more scarier than the 85 pounds I once shedded with a smile? Why am I not happy with or without a six pack?

Any ideas? How do I recenter myself? How can I make this new journey matter just as much as my old one?

Thank you guys and gals in advance
