AT & T is holding up my renovation of my house.

First off, does anyone know how to get in touch with engineering and construction department for AT& T middle Tennessee?

We are renovating our house and have buried our electric lines. MTE put up a new pole and put in a ticket for AT & T to move their wires. This was almost 2 months ago. I have tried calling every AT & T number that I can find to push them to move their wires because MTE cannot take down the old pole and reconnect our electric until they move their wires. I put in a new ticket, explained the situation and tried to escalate the issue only for them to now move the ticket to construction and engineering. They evidently do not have a phone number to call and check on the ticket.

How does a phone company not have phone numbers to all of their departments?

Can anyone help?
