I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. This case will not be solved without a deathbed confession.

Why not?

1. Intelligent people are involved. This was very VERY well planned.
2. Nancy Guthrie was despised. Whoever did it knew this case would be scrutinized. Unfortunately, this is how the police work. If it’s a regular person, regular investigation. If it’s a high profile case they pull out all the stops.
3. She was not kidnapped, she was disappeared. Her body will not be found. See #1.
