I have noticed this.
I think my father and I have discussed this every time we leave a city and enter another one , I personally have noticed it in Railway stations of various cities. What are your views on it , I made this post when I recently saw the video where an Indian Army convoy was stopped by protesters on National Highway 12 (NH-12) in Malda district, West Bengal. (I didn't know which flair to add)
