Please critique my diet and workout routine

Breakfast

•	Coffee + stevia + 2 tbsp zero sugar creamer

•	1 slice wheat bread

•	2 tbsp guacamole

•	3 eggs 

Snack 1

•	2 tangerines

•	1 apple

Lunch

•	150g chicken breast

•	80g rice

Snack 2

•	1 scoop whey protein

•	100g berries

Dinner

•	100g chicken breast

•	130g potatoes

•	150g Lettuce

Dessert

•	100g Greek yogurt or 1 kiwi

Workout :

2 upper and 2 lower sessions per week

Upper : Incline bench , Seated Shoulder press , Lat Pulldown , Cable rows - 3x8

Lower : Sumo Deadlift , Split squat, Hip Thrust , RDL , Leg Extension 3x 6

I do 10 min ab work 3 x a week

I am 5,7 at 163 lb and my goal is to get to 145lb by preserving muscle
