Hello. Would like to find a product that keeps EpiPens in the recommended “ room temp” temp range even in the hot summer. Can find plenty of products for refrigerated meds such as insulin, but can’t find anything to keep it at room temp. Products, hacks, etc all appreciated!!

If someone is being rude, I assume I must have done something wrong or taken a tone with them.
If someone questions something I said, even if I know it to be fact, I start wondering if I explained it properly or if there’s something about the circumstance that would make an exception to the fact.
If someone tells me information that I think is wrong, I assume that they must be right and I must be misremembering or misunderstanding ( even on subjects that I am extremely knowledgeable and up to date on).
I feel this makes me quite easy to lie to and manipulate. Anyone else have this problem?
