Colder race what to wear to keep aero?

This sounds incredibly dumb but this weekend im racing and the forecast is grim to say the least. Temps for water r expected to be 58-62f (rush ordered a thermal suit) and rain showers expected which is fine. My question is when things like this happen instead of a tri suit what do you wear. Im honestly thinking post swim slam some compression pants on and long sleeve shirt to keep aero with my tri suit on. Any insight would be helpful.

New treadmill suggestions

So my current treadmill its great, but its older then me by a long shot (its a precor 9.33 from 1997) and I want to have my eye open on another treadmill that would last that long 😂. The current one i have works but im curious what everyone else has treadmill wise so when the time comes and I have to sadly retire the treadmill. Any suggestions to a good treadmill from what you may have currently.

Race week swim nerves

So currently i have an Olympic tri next week, ive swam 1km and 1500m in the pool a few times but I constantly worry about a panic attack and dnf 💀 im more confident in my swim but thought about getting a thermal suit so I can at least get to the ocean and swim. Any insights to what workouts or sets I could do this week while tapering to make sure im all set.

Two swims, alot of progress.

So currently i came from excessive pull buoy use back in last june which caused me a horrible dnf at eagleman due to chop 💀. However ive been slamming out alot of swim volume these past few months and im happy to say its all been paying off. Ive been working hard to get to the pool at least 4 times a week for 8km+ or 6km+ l

(8800yds | 6700yds) in freedom units. Hoping to work up to proper volume for the intense szn i have planned (7 races) and do well. Both swims here i believe were technique swims in focus. Today's swim was 25 at a faster tempo with rest the amount the 25 took, idk ab the first one. But good improvement in 4 months id think.

Too many races?

So depending on how the szn goes, I want to race a few more times to raise my race standing, however is it too much to do 3 half iron man's in a 4 month period, then id do ironman florida in November. Id also have a few local Olympics to keep things dialed. But curious what other people have done.
