Reason I'm leaving: switched jobs and the new office is in Mahadevapura, the commute from BTM is killing me.

The other two flatmates are staying. Looking for someone chill, easygoing, and matches the vibe — non-veg household, board game nights, occasional drinks, doesn't sweat the small stuff.

🏠 The flat

3BHK, fully furnished, ready to move in. Photos in the comments — we've actually put effort into making this a home, not a hostel.

My room is the one without an attached washroom. It's spacious, has built-in wardrobes, big window with a green view, and I've got a height-adjustable desk + gaming chair in there (more on that below).

💰 Monthly costs (your share)

With the desk + free chair: add ₹18k → ₹90.5k

The kicker: When my replacement eventually leaves, the flat needs to be repainted (or pay 1 month's rent in lieu). My share of that future cost is ~₹8.5k — I'll knock that off so you don't pay it later.

So net buyout: ₹64k (base) or ₹82k with the desk + free chair — and if you take the full package, I'll round it down to ₹80k flat.

For ₹64k (or ₹80k with the desk) you walk into a fully kitted-out room + flat. Honestly a steal in this part of Bangalore.
