Hi everyone,

I'm subletting my room (bed + bath) at Palm Court, Weyburn Terrace for the summer (from July 1 to mid September, maybe can do from mid June). It's a 1B1B in a 2B2B apartment.

It is fully furnished and right next to Westwood Village. The monthly rent is $1721.50. It may include parking, but I may be able to cover it.
