My(17m) balls feels strange and weird pls help
I've been noticing for a few months that my left spermatic cord feels thicker and heavier than the right one. I can't even seem to find the right cord. I also noticed a tiny bump on my right testicle it was about the size of a grain of salt at first. I was told to keep an eye on it from this sub, but over the past four months its grown to about the size of a grain of sugar.
also the thick cord on the left side disappear when I lie down, but it becomes noticeable again when I stand up or walk around.
I've also been feeling a mild, constant pain on the left side but I'm unable to pin point where the pain is located.
My dad doesn't live with me and my mom doesn't really understand this kind of issue so I've been dealing with it on my own. I'm starting to feel really anxious and worried that something might be wrong. Can somebody help me with what's wrong with my balls?
