What do you guys use for polishing your leather duty gear and duty holsters?

I have seen some polished kydex duty Safariland holsters and would like to know what you folks use for that.

Or who do you guys send your gear off to for polishing?

Edit: I am not LAPD but I’m wanting to achieve a better shine for my leather duty gear.
