Water mixing with oil Kawasaki ultra 260x
Hey everyone, I’m reaching out for some advice. I have been dealing with water mixing into the oil on my 2010 Kawasaki Ultra 260X. I replaced the head with the updated Ultra 310X head, checked the oil cooler (no corrosion), and swapped out the intercooler core since it was leaking. But here’s the strange part, when I run it on the hose, I don’t see any milkiness. However, as soon as I put it in the water, within about 5 to 10 minutes, I open the oil cap and I see that milkiness on it. Also, when I remove the oil separator hoses connected to the head and the oil separator itself, there’s a bunch of moisture inside, and milkiness that leads from the crankcase to the valve cover. I’m also seeing moisture in the airbox hose. After noticing the moisture in the oil cap, I have been checking the oil in my crankcase and It looks very clear and free of water compared to the top of the engine. I’m at a loss on what to check next. Has anyone dealt with this or have any other ideas? I’d really appreciate any insights.
