Please somebody explain why this is different, same time two propfirm on tradovate?

this Morning i lost two pro+ accounts for canceling too many orders, i don't get that, if price move away of course i am going to cancelled. This is too convenient for TPT. Please if happened to you make a complaint with the BBB.
