4 years on 14mg nicotin pouchesc, bad tremors + anxiety, docs found nothing
Hey guys, I’m 24 and have been using snus/nicotine pouches for 4 years.
It really helped me quit smoking after 5 years, but for the last year I’ve been getting intense side effects that I think come from the pouches.
I’m fully addicted to 14mg stuff like Velo and I even like the burning feeling under my lip.
Since a bit over a year ago, whenever I get even a little nervous my whole head starts shaking hard, along with my hands.
It’s unbearable. It also happens with other emotions like joy or excitement, but especially with nervousness or being worked up — then my neck and upper body start trembling uncontrollably and I can’t stop it.
I’ve been to several neurologists, internists and orthopedists and they all said they can’t find anything wrong.
On top of that I live with constant anxiety the moment I leave the house.
I’m always tense inside (even if it doesn’t show) and any small thing that throws me off sends me into full trembling.
Has anyone had similar experiences with snus or nicotine pouches? Could this be from the nicotine?
