Hey guys !

So to explain the situation a bit, i had children snd took a major break, I wanted to hop back in recently since the kids are a bit older. I was able to find my old password back (god thanks, email was not accessible but i had my 2F/A and password

I changed my email, password yesterday. Then proceed downloading the game again (250gb god damn)

When i tried to log in, it was impossible, neither with username, email, or old email, password etc, but i am able to log in the website easily.

Here are some facts ;

- it says my account is in offline mode
- i have purchase bound to my account (an f18 i bought on dcs)

Anyone have an idea what to do before i contact support ??
