I started 0.25mg last week with no prior usage of a glp. Throughout the week experienced lack of food noise and good appetite suppression. Around day 5/6 feeling of hunger and food noise came back. Started week 2 and pinned 0.25mg again.

How would you recommend dosing - do I move up or stay at dose for four weeks?
Can I split dose to limit unwanted food noise day 5?

I am aware of half life meaning and how my 2nd dosage, although the same, results in higher concentration in my system than last week.

Also, what is a good way to calculate dosage and cycle on/off?

Wondering if anyone can share their experiences! Thank you!!
