I am planning to move to Mountain View from Berkeley at the end of this month. I am looking for studio / 1 bds apartment recommendations.

• Single (new college grad working as remote SWE)
• Around 4k budget (happy to go a bit over if there is a good spot)
• Prefers walkable distance to some restaurants/cafes
• In unit Dryer/Washer
• Car Parking
• Safety is a top priority (Both car and unit wise)
• Prefers newer buildings
• Amenities would be greatly appreciated (gym etc.)

Hi all!

I am considering a new Nissan Kicks Play 2025 for $21k. Is this a good car for my situation?

• Single (Occasionally riding with 2-3 friends)
• My first car
• Wants good fuel economy
• Safety is the top priority
• Not a fast driver (65 mph at most in highways)
• Loves driving my family's 2018 Rogue
• No snowy weather
• 30 minutes drives 3-4 times/wk (In suburban area)
• Rear camera and navigation are my main tech requests. (side sensors would be a nice addition too but not necessary)
• Planning to use it for 2 years

The other options are used Corolla, Civic, CX-30, Rogue, Escape, Trailblazer (any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated around $20k!). But I'm also a bit distant towards buying used for these cars as they are heavily used as rentals, Uber etc.
