A few years ago I read this mafia romance book where this girl had to marry an older guy it was an arranged marriage and she falls in love with his nephew which later turns out to be his actual son but he kept it secret all these years for some reason and anyway the girl and the nephew fall in love with each other HARD and not like in other mafia books where it’s more lust than love no in this one they actually adored each other and at some point in the book the girl gets pregnant and before she gets to tell him the older guy finds out about their affair and goes nuts on her and threatens her that something will happen to him if she doesn’t break it off and than it kinda gets blurry from here for me but than I remember the nephew gets into a car accident and falls into a coma and gets amnesia and by the time he wakes up and everything she’s very far along into her pregnancy and fast forward to the end when they are old they have more children but they tell their first son and everyone else that his father is the old guy for some reason and yeah pls help because I would really like to read it again it was such a good book
Also at like the beginning of the book I remember she got pregnant by the old guy but her baby dies because she had a premature birth and the only person by her side was him 😖
