VACANCY: DISABILITY GUIDE / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Location: School near Outer Ring Road, Nairobi
Terms: Full-time, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
I am looking for a dedicated Disability Guide to work directly with me in a school setting.
Key Duties:
Classroom support during lessons.
Reading and signing documents on my behalf when required.
Mobility and general assistance within the school compound.
Preparation of professional documents such as schemes of work, lesson plans, records of work, and progress records.
Professional, confidential support throughout the school day.
Important Notes:
The work of the Disability Guide is not to teach, punish students, or be assigned duties by any other teacher except me.
ICT compliance is a must.
Salary increment is subject to proficiency.
Requirements:
Female, aged 20 to 25 years.
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili, spoken and written.
Must live near Outer Ring Road for ease of commute.
Punctual, respectful, trustworthy, and patient.
Comfortable working in a busy school environment.
ICT literate.
Prior experience supporting persons with visual impairment is an advantage but not required. We will train.
Salary: Ksh 10,000 per month
