Hey everyone,

I’ve recently received an offer from a motorsports company in Banbury for an Electrical Design Engineer role. I have about 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, working in a similar position.

I wanted to get some insight from people currently working in motorsports (especially in the UK), what kind of salary range should I realistically expect for this role, and what would be reasonable to ask for?

Any advice on negotiation or things I should keep in mind would be really helpful as well.
