Gained 14 lbs in 12 weeks training only 3 days/week

I work 50+ hours a week. Every 5-6 day program I tried, I'd quit within a month, The biggest change wasn't the program. It was tracking every set and actually trying to beat last week's numbers. Most people just go to the gym. They don't progress. program available
