For context:

Exchanged on Tuesday 5th May at about 3pm.
Got buildings insurance from 6th May.
Complete on 15th May.

Is this half a day gap going to create a problem? My solicitor hasn’t actually asked for emailed proof of the document, just briefly mentioned it after the exchange call.

We’ve been in this chain for 13 months and FTB so buildings insurance was something I completely forgot about (stupidly) until the next morning as it’d been so long since someone reminded me of it.

Will this delay completion or not?
