Back progress — how to improve V-taper from here?
Height: 6’2
Weight: 90kg
Training 7 days (PPL split)
Current lifts:
Deadlift: 217.5 for 4-5
Bench: 110- 3-4
Squat: 190-1-3
Main focus right now is improving lat width and rear delts for better V-taper.
Would appreciate advice on what to prioritize and if my back is lacking thickness or width.
