29F. Please help me…Is this atrophy? I notice it when holding my phone mostly with that hand. No clinical weakness, but this is the first sign of indentation. I have twitching in that hand a lot, to the point of almost a tremor sometimes, and I also have severe carpal tunnel in that hand that worsened during my pregnancy. Started twitching June 2024, hands started March 2025. I have a new baby who is 4 months. I’m scared. It is not in my other hand. But my carpal tunnel is worse in this hand. Hand concerned does not have the 41 tattoo…I’m having insane panic attack right now
